John Tarlton is the founder, principal broker and President of Junction Realty, Inc. and Junction Property Management.   With over fifteen years of property management, John has had experience with almost every facet of the industry.  His career spans many aspects of property management and real estate in general including residential leasing and sales, commercial leasing, construction supervision, commercial management of office buildings/retail strips, apartment management, single family residences, homeowner association management (HOA) and tenant finish work.
