I am Nanci Hawes and after a short absence, I am back!

I founded and operated my original school in December of 1990 until May of 2000 at the NE corner of Midway and Alpha Roads in Dallas, Texas.

My school was acquired by Dearborn Financial Corporation in May of 2000, hence the name Leonard-Hawes Real Estate School.

I am no longer associated  or affiliated with my original school Nanci Hawes Real Estate School or subsequently Leonard-Hawes Real Estate School.

In October of 2005 I opened my new school Legends Real Estate School conveniently located at the same NE corner of Midway and Alpha Roads in Dallas, Texas.
