- If class is cancelled, a refund will be made for tuition and returned unused materials.
- Payment at first class meeting is subject to minimum and maximum registrations
being met for that class. - Registration must be made a minimum of three (3) business days before class
to ensure confirmation. If within the 3-day period before class, call to verify
enrollment is possible. - Class start times are exact. Any absent time from the classroom when is session,
is recorded as absent time, which prevents meeting the requirement to sit for the exam.
Register only for classes that you can attend for the full session. - Classes are available to the public.
- Legends Real Estate School complies with the rules and regulations of the Texas Real Estate Commission. Students must complete 2/3 of core class to receive credit for the course. A maximum missed time of 10 hours must be made up in another class or by audio or video presentation of missed material, if available. A student who does not complete a class must make arrangements with the office for either make-up or partial refund, if allowed. Fees for make-up classes or deferred exam fee may be assessed. TREC guidelines require all make-up time be completed before a student is allowed to take the final exam. A student must complete all make-up time and exam within 60 days of the original class. Exams must be given outside of class time with a 70% or better passing grade. A student who fails an exam may receive additional assignments and retest after a 7 day period. Refunds may be granted to students who give advance notice of incompletion of a class.
- Casual attire is acceptable if not distracting or revealing. Legends Real Estate School reserves the right to expel any disruptive student, without return of tuition. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
- Any improper conduct may result in the student being rejected from the classroom with no refund.
- Signature of the student is proof that the student has read and understands the policies and procedures of the education facility in order to qualify for licensure.
